Can I Cancel My Order?
In our continuing
effort to provide our customers with the quality service they
expect, the order process begins as soon as you confirms your
order. As a result, we are unable to cancel an order once confirmation
has been made.
If you
make an order that you wish to cancel, you may mail the order
back after you have received within 72 hours of receiving order.

I've Ordered. Where Is It?
Eager to get your order?
It's easy to check your order status. If you're a new customer
or guest, you can use the order number from your confirmation
email to do a "quick check" within a couple of hours
of ordering. Once you're a registered shopper, you can view your
recent orders.
When Is My Credit Card Charged?
We only accept
payment through Paypal, so your credit card is charged according
to the rules set by paypal.
What's the Shipping Charge?
To keep shipping
costs down, we:
- Give you
a choice of four shipping services in most cases.
- Base your
estimated charges on total weight, not number of items.
- Combine
items based on size and shape to eliminate as much "dead
weight" as possible

Street addresses
only (sorry, no P.O. boxes)
Military APO/FPO addresses(sorry, products over 35lbs cannot be
shipped to APO/FPO locations - all other shipments are USPS)
All 48 states and the District of Columbia (sorry, no delivery
to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S Virgin Islands)

Customer Satisfaction
is our number one goal. So If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it for 100% credit of the purchase price
within 72 hours after recieving the merchandise less shipping
& handling.
We do not allow returns
on any Lingerie, Clearance items, Bras, Panties, Babydolls, Cosmetics,
(Beauty & Health Products, Hair Products) & Hair Accessories.
All Sales are Final on these products.

Highpointz
reserves the right to limit quantities ordered and to cancel or
reject orders. Highpointz.com uses two shipping methods: U.S.
Postal Service, UPS package delivery. Not all methods are available
for all items.
What
Are Our Shipping & Handling Methods?
U.S.
Postal Service is used to ship gift cards and all orders
to APO/FPO* addresses.
*Please
note that although our website reflects a ship date based on the
APO/FPO zip code, we ask that you allow an additional 3-5 weeks
for the military postal service to deliver your package to its
final destination.
UPS
package delivery is the typical method of shipping for
items that are not oversized and weigh less than 150 pounds. In
addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option
and an overnight delivery option. Additional fees are charged
for expedited shipping (see shipping rates table below). A person
18 years or older must be available to meet the delivery and sign
for the product(s). Our threshold delivery service is available
for business and residential.

Highpointz
does not currently ship or deliver by UPS to P.O. Boxes, Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. We do, however,
accept BILLING addresses in these states (as well as other areas,
such as Guam, Virgin Islands), as long as the item is being shipped
to the continental United States.
When
Will My Order Arrive?
Shipping
time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a
product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the Highpointz
warehouse. The shipping time should be added to the number of
days estimated for product availability. Product availability
is indicated on the Product Summary page for each item. For UPS,
ground-shipping times vary from one to five business days depending
on the proximity of your shipping address to our warehouse.
How
Do We Ship & Deliver Multiple Items?
Highpointz.com
ships items from multiple warehouses, as they are available; therefore
you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several
items.
